The Utah State football community is in mourning after the tragic passing of Andre Seldon Jr., a talented defensive back who had transferred to the team this past spring.
A Promising Career Cut Short
Seldon Jr., who played previously for Michigan and New Mexico State, was known for his exceptional athleticism and ball-hawking abilities. As a junior at New Mexico State, he recorded an impressive six interceptions and 18 tackles, showcasing his innate talent for playmaking.
In Logan, Seldon Jr. had joined a young and promising secondary, where he was expected to play a significant role. His determination and work ethic left an immediate impact on his teammates and coaches.
A Heartfelt Tribute
