The Boston Celtics continued their impressive run in the NBA Playoffs, dominating the Cleveland Cavaliers 120-95 in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference semifinals. The Celtics, who have now won six straight games in the playoffs, were led by Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, who combined for 57 points.

Tatum, who finished with a game-high 28 points, was efficient from the field, shooting 11-of-20. Brown added 25 points on 9-of-14 shooting, including 7-of-11 from three-point range. The Celtics also got contributions from Marcus Smart, who had 13 points and 10 rebounds, and Derrick White, who scored 11 points.

The Cavaliers, who were making their first appearance in the Eastern Conference semifinals since 2018, were led by Donovan Mitchell, who had 22 points. Jarrett Allen added 19 points and 12 rebounds, but it wasn't enough to keep up with the Celtics.

The Celtics will look to take a 2-0 lead in the series when they host the Cavaliers in Game 2 on Friday night. The Cavaliers will need to find a way to slow down the Celtics' offense if they want to have a chance to win the series.
